So if you have been reading my blogs, you should know that my favorite movie is O. The movie O was released August 31, 2001. Below, is a source about a review that I was reading up on, about O. It sums up the movie, and lets you know his opinion about the movie.

He makes some good points in this review, but it seems like he didn’t really like the movie.
If I said it before, I’ll say it again. I love a book, or a movie that has romance in it, and this movie has a whole lot of love drama in it. I’m really into romance/drama genre. It really catches my eye and gets my attention. So, on this website, he talks about what makes a romance genre, and how they’re supposed to end.

A REMAKE
After watching the movie O, I realized that Romeo and Juliet is something like this. They both end in a horrifying manner. But this movie is a remake of Shakespeare other movie Othello. I researched Othello on the computer and found this website below, and it talks about the movie.

She plays her role well.
Once again, I’m blogging about my favorite movie, “O.” But this time, I’m going to talk about a character that’s connected to this movie, but also she made the movie more interesting.
Julie Stiles played a heck of a roll in, “O.” In every movie she plays in, she always does a good job. If they would’ve had different girl play that part in the movie, “O,” I probably wouldn’t have liked it as much as I do now.
I was looking up some things on the internet about her, and it talks about how she was interested performing arts at a very young age. She started when she was eleven. Now, she’s a very successful actress, director, and writer. Her first film debut was, “I Love You, I Love You Not.”
To me, she really knows how to play those roles. Especially the ones that are very emotional. She plays them so well, that you think she was serious. I give her credit, and hope she continues to do an awesome job at acting in these movies.

[Good Writing]It takes a lot of work.
To be a good writer, you must know, and have the skills that good writers have. In my definition of Good Writing, everything must be perfect.
There should be proper grammar, correct use of punctuation marks, periods, capitalization and spelling. You should be able to get the reader’s full attention and you should be able to get your point across to the reader. Also, your paragraphs should all be able to connect, meaning they should all be able to come together. Personally, if something doesn’t catch my eye by the first paragraph, I usually loose interest in the whole thing.
If I’m in class, and the teacher says we have to write a timed essay, it would sometimes be hard to do good writing, because you’re rushing. Also, if the topic is boring, it’s hard for me to write a good paper, because the topic is not something I’m feeling. I believe that if a person were to go home and write essays, just to write them, then that too would help them have good writings. I was doing some research on the internet about good writing skills, and Helen Garner, (a famous Australian writer), said: “…You've got to practice every day. It's like practicing an instrument if you're a musician or keeping your tools sharpened. After many years of daily practice… you actually build up a competence.” Meaning, if you want to become a good writer you should practice more, and you’ll get better.It takes a lot to become a good writer. Maybe if I took time, I could have some good writings.

Being d0ne with the past.
I’ve been in love for many times before. But there’s one that just really stood out to me. It’s like you love him for so long, he messes up, you move on, then that guy messes up, and all of sudden, out the blue, god puts your first love back in your life. Thinking that this time could be it. After talking to him for a day or two, I realized that he hasn’t changed, and I just couldn’t’ go back to the old days. There’s a song out by Frankee J called, “Don’t Wanna Try,” and that songs means a lot to me. He talks about how he’s been with a girl that he loved for so long, and all of sudden things aren’t right anymore, so he just saying that he doesn’t want to try to be in a relationship with her anymore. So that’s how I feel, that I just don’t want to try no more, because I know how everything is going to be.
It all started in the summer 2004. I was at the pool with my friend. I was having me a good time, and I noticed that there was this guy who kept eyeing me, and flirting with me. Never would I’ve known, he would be my first love.
He meant the world to me; I loved him more than life itself. We were dating for a year, but it felt like a lifetime. The beginning of the relationship was wonderful, I just knew it wasn’t going to ever end. So as the relationship started good. It also started getting worse. He began to lie, cheat and everything else he could possibly do. I had enough, and I let him go for another guy.
After three years of being lied to, cheated on, and so on, with the new guy, we decided that we just couldn’t try no more either, so I dedicated the song, “Don’t Wanna Try,” for that relationship also.
“Don’t wanna try, don’t wanna try, don’t wanna try no more. You keep insisting when you know our love is out the door. Don’t wanna try, don’t wanna try cause all we do is fight and say the things that hurt you bad to where we both begin to cry. Don’t wanna try, don’t wanna try I bout just had enough. It’s been a rough road baby just let it go. Don’t wanna try, Don’t wanna try, Don’t wanna try no more. Tell me what‘s the use of holding on when all we do is hurt our love.” This song really has made a difference in my life. I’m so happy this song exists, because without it, I would’ve been lost.

How other people feel about the movie I love.
In my first blog, I talked about the movie, “O” because to me, I thought it was the best. That was my opinion but now its’ time to see what other people think of the movie.
One review I was reading. A lady named Rebecca Murray made some good points. She says: “"O" is a disturbing film that will no doubt leave audiences drained.” I agree. The movie will have you wondering what’s going to happen next. She thinks that “The cast did very good. All of the actors do a fine job of conveying the angst of being teenagers, and display the appropriate rollercoaster of emotions necessary to adequately portray these characters.” I agree again because, the cast did a very well job. They played their parts very well, they made it seem like it was really going on.
Another review I was reading was found on google, but when I went back to try and get the URL for my link, the website was gone. But in that review,written by Edward Johnson, he says, “The script makes liberal use of the word "nigga" and tosses a few "faggots" in as well. I don't know about you, but I could go a lifetime without ever hearing any variation of those words again.” I disagree, because to me, the movies need more words in it to gain my attention, because movies are boring without the action and some of the bad words. But that’s just my opinion. But he’s also right because sometimes, too many times of those words just aches me. He also states that, “Sadly, "O" is most convincing during its darkest moments – partially because of the filmmakers effective use of the mossy Southern settings, but mostly because it has now become far too easy to equate horror and high school.” I totally agree.” The movie has its sad moments. Some of those things do go on in the world today, and it’s scary.
It’s good to know that some other people feel the same way I do about the movie. Some people may not think that it’s the best good love movie, and that’s because everyone is different, and although, many people may criticize the movie, my feelings about this movie will never change. I’m always going to think that this movie is the best.

A great love movie<3...
I love a good love movie. I can just sit at home with a bowl of ice cream, and watch a movie about love, because they’re so entertaining, and meaningful. My all time favorite love movie is “O.” The movie, “O” is based on an old Shakespeare story. I can watch this movie at least three times a day. Most love movies are all about the same thing. A couple falling in love, someone ends up killing somebody, and so on. But this movie is different. It’ll have you sitting at the edge of your seat, biting your nails, wondering what’s going to happen next.The movie kind of reminds me of, “Romeo & Juliet” but much better. I’m not all that into Shakespeare, but I think that this is the best he’s done so far. But that’s my own opinion. I’m the type of person who loves a lot of action, and drama in a movie and this movie has it all. Plus, a movie has to really have a meaning to it in order for it to catch my eye, and there were a lot of parts in the movie that really caught my eye. The part that really had caught my eye was how the main character was friends with this guy who he had thought was his friend, but was really jealous of him, and turned him onto drugs, and began telling the guy that his girlfriend was cheating on him, and it had him all messed up in the head, and at the end of the movie, things got so crazy. I never would have expected the movie to end the way it did. When I first watched it, I actually cried at the end. I played the movie over, and over, because I was so shocked at how it ended. Most people today can relate to this movie, because things like that are going on in this world today, and that’s why I love the movie so much, because of how it’s based on real life events.
The movie, “O” is my favorite movie, and always will be, unless they come out with another movie that’s just like this one, but in a newer version.
